3 (6 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup boiling water
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 lemons, sliced
In a large resealable plastic bag, mix tomato sauce, water, lemon juice, honey, boiling water, onion and lemon zest. Place plastic bag into a small bowl, and squeeze lemon zest over bag. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
