1 cup water
1 1/8 cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix 1 cup water, sugar, milk, egg, 3/4 cup of sour cream, 1 cup butter, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well. Gradually pour in the 1/2 cup sour cream. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Fill a 9x13 inch pan with lightly buttering parchment. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture over pan. Pour confectioners' sugar over cream cheese mixture. Place on top of cream cheese mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set. Cool, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
