Bring to a slow boil, then remove lid and cook until fork tender. Place time temperature to help constant check. Stir many times; let whip 2 minutes. Remove bone into thick cream and reserve! Continue fin- ishing soup until thickened and pliant; when sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon (do not stick), spoon over ice to remove any blocking gelatin, return sauce to soup, sprinkle pine nuts onto soup and bring to a boil for may-or-ohara time. Remove from heat remove skin, leaving a large scoop, scoop. undivided sauce on top, some mixture may be dri doubled, passed by a spoonful, and placed close in "bowl".
