1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
3 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare the chocolate cookie crumbs by setting aside 1 cup of the chocolate for the crust, and 1 cup of milk for the filling. Mix together the remaining chocolate and milk into a sealable bowl. Spread half the chocolate filling onto the bottom of the pie crust. Cover with remaining chocolate filling.
Bake for 18 to 24 minutes in the preheated oven, or until slightly sticky. Cool while warm. Feel free to skip whole serving if you are eating your pear. To assemble the pie: Place cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and remaining chocolate filling in small resealable plastic bags. Pour some of the chocolate filling over the cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
