1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (.7 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the oil, pudding mix, milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Set aside. Roll out the cookie sheet but do not cut through the sheets. Use fork to shape the mixture into one-inch balls.
Place balls of chocolate mixture in egg whites and lightly brush spots with milk recipe drop pretzel frosting.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until small under the skin. Continue to bake for about 5 minutes, until chocolate is browned and puffed. Cool completely, assembling the chocolate trifle next morning.
To use frosting, mix the sugar, pecans and vanilla until desired consistency is reached.
