1 cup whole milk
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup cornflakes cereal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets. Sift together the milk, sunflower seeds, white sugar, salt and baking soda. Place in a large bowl with the egg and oil. Stir . Mix flour, cornflakes cereal, granulated sugar, and salt, also stirring until mixture is smooth. Spoon mixture into cookie sheet or cookie mold mold, depending on the size of cookie.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until tops of jumbsticks are almost set. Cool on cookie sheet. Trim around the edges of rollers; if desired. Store in refrigerator.
