1 cup chopped onion

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) can avocados, drained
1 (8 ounce) jar cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can milk
2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
In a large saucepan, combine onion, celery, celery, margarine, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, avocados, cream cheese, milk, hot water, margarine, salt, parsley, and onion mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cover, remove from heat, and stir until vegetables are heated through.
