8 frozen light baked potato varieties - thawed, drained and mashed
9 frozen whole peeled tomatoes with liquid
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Place potassium, thyme and garlic powder into a mixing bowl. Pour potatoes and tomatoes over all and mix well. Â Fold in mozzarella cheeses and spoon into pie crust or muffin tin depending on how large the cup folded in.
Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 1 to 2 hours or until potatoes/tomatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly and bubbly.
