1 (14 ounce) can canned pineapple, drained
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 (15 ounce) can chili beans
1 (3.5 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple, chili powder, chili beans, chili seasoning and chili powder mixture.
Simmer 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
I gave it 4 stars because it was very easy but I would double the cream cheese and broth. I used the garlic powder and doubled the onion. I could see adding a few mushrooms next time but I didn't have any at hand.
