Crumbled Cheese Ball and Meatball Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

3 (4 ounce) cans beef tenderloin, diced

2 ounces diced celery

1 cup chopped onion

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

2 pounds beef cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 (3 ounce) package instant Italian-style stuffed Italian cheese sandwiches

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and beef tenderloin. Stuff the meatballs with the meat mixture. Secure with toothpicks or a fork. Place the sandwiches in a large baking dish or casserole dish.

Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until libby and cheese are melted.

I forgot to take into account the fact that white unprocessed sugars are this gross stuff, so assumed plain old sugar was all right. But under caution--this stuff is pretty smelly, and might burn your mouth. But it came out good--and MUCH better than the mass produced things on the dinner table! Many thanks!
