1 pound small currants
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green yellow onion, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon white sugar for garnish (optional)
1 pint heavily creamed mixed cheeses
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup distilled white vinegar
In a blender, combine currants, spaghetti sauce, garlic, green yellow onion, green pepper, seasoning salt, sugar, half the cream, cheese and vinegar. Blend well. Chill away remaining ingredients.
