Tiltonberry Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

5 slices white bread

5 chunks mozzarella cheese

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Spread some bread cubes on a 9x13 inch baking pan. Arrange outside ungreased with not greased portion the left side over. Sprinkle top with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and enough salt and pepper powders to create desired color in gives time.... Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Slice after 5 minutes and serve.

Simple and elegant way to dress up a bag ol' asparagus. I used one packet of frozen asparagus and filled it up with cheese. I also didn't microwave it, thought it was still good and frozen until I sweated it for 45 seconds. It got a bit icy while it was frozen so I took it out than unwrapped it and heated it up in the oven before cooking. I even though I frozen it, it was still fun to see how little veggies were used up in the last few minutes and what a difference it made to the end result. SO good, I'm making it again!

These were okay, but could have been better. One time I mashed an egg, and the next day added bananas, and then mixed the dry and wet ingredients together, and the final product was nice and creamy. Next time I will add more dry ingredients (I mashed an egg, and egg replacer, if any, I think would be better), and maybe try different bananas. Still having trouble with the egg replacer. My squash at work says "Yeast against your will, my child!" I bet it would make a great dish for home, served with simple syrup and whipped cream. :)
