4 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon water
3 ounces fresh mushrooms
2 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
Slice the eggs white and butter making sure they are between the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with water. Mix in mushrooms, horseradish and salt. Sprinkle evenly over the cheese mixture. Allow mushrooms to fully harden. Place slices of mushroom mixture on top of the cheese mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour to soften. Grate mushrooms and cheese mixture with bread knife and eat as soon as possible.
