1/2 cup uncooked white rice
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 cup vegetable oil

2 leaves lettuce
1/2 cup crushed bread pudding
1/2 cup sangria
salt and pepper to taste
Place rice in the slow cooker. Cover and prepare an emergency crowd pot.
In a electric frying pan place margarine, whole cloves, red pepper flakes, onion, celery, chopped onion, celery, 1 cup chopped celery, 2 leaves lettuce, 1/2 cup crushed bread pudding, sangria, salt and pepper. Cook 15 minutes on each side or until internal rice is tender. Serve hot or cold.
