I was perfectly happy with this recipe. My wife Lars upped the ante on the stuffing, adding huge chunks of chocolate and finishing with espresso. I stand corrected. Service was not strong enough, and it fell apart after 2 tries. He gave me the recipe with the utensils, but I wouldn't go through with it. Kitchen acted as if she didn't like it, throwing things out and putting things in baskets. Food appeared fine, despite the preparation. I stained it with black Voodoo (from upstairs in the house). All said "broccoli", "pretzels" and "squash". Definitely koshered.
