3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 large onions, sliced
1 small green bell pepper and 1/2 cup canned chicken broth
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix flour, oil, salt, onion, bell pepper and chicken broth. Stir until well blended. Transfer mixture to a separate small bowl. Sprinkle marinara sauce over pan and drizzle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, about 10 minutes.
