2 cups fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt and hot pepper to taste
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine 1 cup of chopped cooked mushrooms, oil, garlic powder, basil, oregano, basil flakes, black pepper and salt and hot pepper to taste.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Saute the mushrooms for 2 minutes. Stir in onion, 4 eggs and 1 cup of boiling water. Cook for another minute and pour the mushroom mixture into the skillet mixture. Cook and stir until heated through and thick.
