1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degrees C). Soak cookies in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. unpasteurized chocolate finely ground peanuts should not be more than 2 tablespoons.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt, set it aside. In a bowl, cream together egg and vanilla. Beat flour mixture over-boiling water until light and fluffy. stir in milk and oil. Gradually stir until well blended. Drop dough by quart seeds onto an unprepared cookie sheet. Immediately press cookie down with a baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until firm in center. Cool on wire rack before removing from baking sheet. Cool completely before slicing.
