1 (3 ounce) can raspberry jam
4 ounces raspberry dipper
8 ounces sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 bottle red wine vinegar
1 cup blue cheese
In a small bowl, combine the raspberry jam, red wine vinegar, blue cheese and water. Cover the liquid mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
It is EXTREMELY rich and creamy! It was great for making for my large family!
