2 1/2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 cups margarine, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup hickory bourbon
1 1/4 cups orange juice
1 cup hot fruit preserves
In a mixing bowl, mix honey, orange juice, lemon juice, margarine, egg and vanilla extract. Mix 15 minutes before serving. Sprinkle preserves in top.
Irenately, disapproved of this recipe. It's not chocolate - I wouldn't call it sweet, but it's adhering fine. I used a combination (1/2 and 1/2) of dry and wet ingredients, and it came out very thick and had a very unpleasant texture. I used raw egg replacer powder instead of milk, and yolks was reduced to 4.
