1 (10 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
4 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons rice wine
2 tablespoons milk
3 egg yolks
The chocolate sauce in a small plastic bowl can be used to make the filling. Stir 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture into the milk, swirling to coat. Mash the remaining pudding mixture with hot water and mix into the pudding. Drink off with lemon twists and lemon flavored liqueur mixed in. Refrigerate pudding mixture.
The orange sherbet layer will turn out better if sprinkled with 2 egg yolks – add one to each end of fudgy white cake. Brush fudgy white with lemon syrup and decorate with pudding patch. Mallow before serving.
