4 eggs
1 1/4 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
1/8 cup vegetable oil
Place eggs in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in blueberries and sugar and let cool slightly.
Whisk in lemon zest, salt and baking soda. Add milk, oil and lemon juice. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag; seal and shake to thoroughly mix. Cut into 1-inch squares.
