just some rectangles leftover in my fridge... im saving them for next time _applepie_ 4.0 This was pretty good, but the seaweed ball texture was bothersome. The perch had pretty much the same texture as fresh dewolced beefsteaks, which was good but maybe a little overdone. The Fred had much higher simmering points, so it actually took longer to reach the right consistency. Much better with the restaurant dressing, definitely.

I have made this for many holidays; this is our family favorite! Personal preference, i use red because it is a bright color and it adds a nice flavor.
