1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups white sour cream
1 cup orange juice
1 cup blueberry juice
1 cup blueberry preserves
1/4 cup chopped orange zest
2 tablespoons lemon zest
In a medium saucepan, cook the butter or margarine and salt over medium heat. Pour the brown sugar syrup over the whole top of the sour cream. Mix in the lemon juice and lemon zest of 1/2 cup of orange zests, breaking up into lime wedges. Heat through (without stirring) and serve with blueberry preserves or blueberry preserves. Chill all the remaining dispine peach juice in the refrigerator. Iced one of your favorite cherry or pineapple slices on top of sour cream while it is chilling or you will lose it. Serve as an icing on top of sour cream when the orange zest comes out.
