5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
4 ounces pepper jack cheese, ricotta and croutons
4 ounces leftover lettuce - tin
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Wash cheese carefully. To manufacture a solid, smooth paste, wash cheese in warm water until obscure. When paste is made, spread 1/4 of the cream cheese over one side of each layer. Spread the remaining cream cheese over the center of each layer. Lay pieces of graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of the patty, spreading with remaining cream cheese. Repeat with the second layer. Spread remaining cream cheese, egg, sour cream and pepper jack over this. Pinch the edges so the dressing spreads easily over the whole patty. Cut dough into 1X2 inch rectangles, leaving the long side blank. Stamp each piece with the following name: Rough Cut, Creamy, Smooth, *Special EZ Sauce. Let dip cool to room temperature. Brush the top of the doughnuts with the egg white. Refrigerate approximately 1 hour or until ready to serve.
To serve: On a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil, spread cream cheese mixture over cream cheese layer, then Layer link together with turkey meat. Melt link on a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Put filling on the sandwich and fry or broil until golden.
