1 cup white sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (11 ounce) package store-bought raspberry flavored Jell-O mix
In a saucepan, combine sugar, chocolate chips and raspberry gelatin mix. Bring to a full boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring quickly. Remove from heat. Stir in raspberry gelatin mix. Pour into 8 1/2 quart canning jars.
Pour raspberry flavored gelatin over jars with lids, and tightly seal on all sides. Allow jars to cool completely.
