2 1/2 pounds fish fillets
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
1 teaspoon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Mix fish fillets with soy sauce, lemon juice and Dijon-style prepared mustard, pepper seasoning, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Add stir-fry mixture to fish fillets, and cook 5 minutes more. Pour over fillets while still warm.
