2 eggs
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons margarine
2 teaspoons dry milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place eggs in a saucepan and cook over low heat until set. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda and margarine. Mix egg mixture into flour mixture, mixing just to moist. Fold into batter just until moistened. Mix in milk, egg, margarine and dry milk powder. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 65 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
In a small bowl, stir together vanilla extract and remaining egg mixture. Pour over cooled cake while still in liquid form.
