1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 (6 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix
1/2 cup lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
4 egg whites
1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 (6 ounce) can sweetened orange juice concentrate
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can sliced pecans
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Microwave gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave lemon-lime gelatin in large bowl 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Microwave lemon-lime gelatin 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Beat cream cheese and pecans in small bowl until thoroughly mixed; stir to smooth. Set aside.
In large bowl, mix gelatin and lemon-lime gelatin. Beat cream cheese and pecans in small bowl until firmly coated. Stir egg whites into gelatin mixture; stir into lemon-lime mixture.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Crush pecans into crumbs; pour mixture into pie crust. Pour cream cheese mixture over pie crust. Place jelly jelly beans in large bowl; mix well. Spoon lemon-lime mixture over pie crust. Serve warm.
