1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped orange
1 cup butter
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup shredded coconut
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the pineapple, cream cheese, poppy seeds, lemon zest, lemon extract, orange, butter, and cream. Mix until well blended and pour mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle coconut over the cream and pineapple mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the coconut mixture is bubbly. The coconut cream can be served chilled.
