Bavarian Cream Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups milk

1 cup water

1 (7 ounce) square semisweet chocolate

1 cup butter, softened

1 (10 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine milk, water, and chocolate with milk mixture. Stir gently every 15 minutes or so to prevent curdling. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, and let cool to room temperature.

In a small saucepan, combine pudding mix and milk mixture until mixture is thick and pudding is cool. Serve in strained pastry blender.
