1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon the juice of one liqueur
2 tablespoons raspberry juice
3 tablespoons raspberry brandy
1/3 cup vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, brown sugar, raspberry juice and raspberry brandy. Mix until smooth.
Shape the dough into 1 inch balls; roll into balls.
Place each ball in the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely.
