Sherman Delight Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup marshmallow creme

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons instant vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon-lime flavored extract

1 1/2 cups lemon or lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

8 buttery round crackers

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread butter in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place marshmallow creme in bottom of dish. Arrange crackers over marshmallow creme, and coat with lemon-lime extract. Spread lemon-lime flavored lemonade over cracker layers. Repeat with remaining pecans. Chill buttery round crackers. Dip crackers into lemon infused lemonade before handling. Place crackers on baking sheet. Cool completely. Refrigerate remaining lemon lime soda until serving time.

This was great! Very simple to make and tastes great! My kind of cooking! I did make a few changes, such as using dry parsley (and not as much); and refrigerating the white too long (2 hours had been enough); and stirring constantly (20 seconds turned off); and lastly, ensuring the noodles are golden while cooking the other way around; and this simply does not cut it...
