1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) container freeze-dried strawberry preserves
1 (8 ounce) package strawberries, sliced
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and gelatin in a small bowl. Beat in strawberries. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into 1 quart of plastic container; seal tightly. Place frozen fruit in plastic container. Freeze 6 hours, stirring occasionally, or until fruit is solid (thirty seconds). Remove fruit from container.
