1 (3 ounce) package sweet and crisp mini marshmallows
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 granulated sugar
1 pound strawberries
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 lemon drops
1 (3 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
salt to taste
1 (6 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
In an electric mixer beat marshmallows, boiling water, pineapple, sugar, strawberries, lemon juice and lemon drops. Stir in pudding mix whipped cream and lemon zest. Beat in milk, egg and vanilla extract. pour mixture into pie crust. Chill in refrigerator.
