1 pound lean ground beef
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef and cream cheese. Mix in sugar, salt, pineapple and juice. Spread mixture into an 11x9 inch baking pan.
Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
Remove sides of pie crust from oven and press juices into crust. Let stand over night.
Store crust in refrigerator. Decorate with your favorite fruit.
