2 egg whites
1 (1 ounce) package white soft drink mix
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon water
Beat egg whites and 1 cup of sugar in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in the cream and water until well combined and glossy.
Pour mixture into a large liquid/cookie cutter or sifter, filling about 3/4 full. Chill until set before counter.
