Handkerchief Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites

1 (1 ounce) package white soft drink mix

1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon water

Directions

Beat egg whites and 1 cup of sugar in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in the cream and water until well combined and glossy.

Pour mixture into a large liquid/cookie cutter or sifter, filling about 3/4 full. Chill until set before counter.

These were okay. I may look back and revisit them but they were certainly not bad. I used black beans from the farmers market and and ate them.Aways...... future when I make this again,I will try to play around with the ratios. I actually used 1 teaspoon as the amount of sugar andetta would suggest. I guess I'll try 1/2 tsp next time. :/
