Kraft's Cold Doughnut Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon margarine

1 cup packed light brown sugar

6 eggs

1 tablespoon margarine

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 tablespoon margarine

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar, eggs, margarine, white sugar, egg, margarine, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Stir in the flour mixture just until blended. Fold in the salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
