3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry onion mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 1/4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon paprika
In small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, paprika, onion mustard, oregano, basil, salt, paprika and onion mustard. Mix well.
Heat 4 to 5 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Brown rice, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes. Transfer rice to skillet. Mix vinegar, paprika and dry onion mustard; pour over rice; heat about 3 minutes more. Transfer rice to skillet. Stir in rice, paprika and dry onion mustard. Add rice vinegar mixture.
When rice is heated, stir in 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook about 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
I really enjoyed this! It was very easy to make and tasty. I did look for a different flavor but I could not find any. I could not find the recipe but I did have all the ingredients. So simple but with a ton of flavor! Would make again.
