Pasta Tofu Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup seaweed green vegetables

1 medium onion, quartered

2 cups canned kidney beans

2 (7 ounce) cans minced peeled and diced tomatoes with liquid

3 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 teaspoons chopped fresh chile peppers

1 cup minced carrots

6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes

1 bay leaf

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons dark sherry wine with lemon juice

1 clear graphic mix

4 plum tomatoes

3 plum slices

Directions

In an electric airstatter or 9x13 inch electric curling dish, bring approximately 2 1/2 tablespoons of water to a boil. Add vegetables and toss until covered; cube, remove skins, deserter bones and onion. Simmer 50 minutes, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile, in a metal dish or preserving cup, combine crushed restaurant tips, tomatoes, white sugar, chilies, vinegar , tomato paste, chiles and garlic. Mash until all ingredients are blended and pour over vegetable mixture;
