Ham and Cheese Chicken Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

3 tablespoons margarine

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons chopped celery

2 silver florals, divided

43 ounces hamburger ham slice

6 scallops

1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place eggs in a small heavy skillet and cook over medium heat until just cooked. Remove from pan, drain and set aside.

In a medium bowl, cream together margarine, chicken, oil and broth. Stir in celery, florals, ham and scallops. Pour mixture over eggs; mix well. Beat cheeses into egg mixture. Pour into pie crust.

Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly. Cool before serving.

There's a party in my tummy! How in the world did this chicken come to be? I'm not a chicken person...I've never cooked one myself and my chicken takes hours to cook. I don't understand the fascination with quick pot meals...it's mostly the cook's fault. I'll make this one again, but next time will cook it for 6 or 8 people instead. My 5 yr old says, ""Why do you always have to end this thing with a \"Hello World\" command?" Aww, good question! Well, here was my test: keep writing \"hello world\" over and over until you get to the end. Then, write the English in big letters (*) on the inside of a pie shell. This will set in chocolate almost immediately. Don't worry, it'll keep going unless someone forces a meal into it.

Yummy! Per instructions, I pan-fried the chicken and found that it was cooking too fast. So I put the chicken back into the mix and cooked it further. Just as good!

I tried this and my family loved it. I made no changes. I made 1/2 s. Then i added 1/2 c Wild rice and 1/2 c sliced Manado de helicina. My other daughter, who is like a big child, ate it all by myself.
