Molasses Pork Gravy Recipe

Ingredients

1 cross section apple, peeled and cored

2 potatoes, peeled and halved

1 pint French-fried onions, sliced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon molasses

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Directions

In a large pot, combine apples, potatoes, French-fried onions, garlic, molasses, salt, pepper, vinegar and pepper. Remove from heat and cover simmer until apples are tender, about 1/2 hour. Serve

Good bitter flavor. I used Irish Cream, considered with which it resembled nothing else. I altered the proportions of several ingredients and looked for something sweeter. Nothing fantastic happened but I apparently had enough. The texture was fantastic! More like bread than a biscuit, beautifully done! Thank you for sharing!
