4 cubes chicken bouillon
20 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
4 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine bouillon, oil, cayenne pepper, ground cayenne pepper, ground cayenne pepper, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
