Swiss Cheesecakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups white sugar

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup vanilla extract

1 egg, beaten

1 1/2 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup melted butter - softened

Directions

Combine sugar, water, vanilla and egg in small, heavy-duty saucepan or stockpot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in milk, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Add vanilla extract, egg, milk and butter. Pour mixture into 10 1/2-cup resealable plastic container. Chill in refrigerator.
