1 (6 ounce) can sliced pineapple preserves
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice concentrate
1 can pineapple juice concentrate
1 can sliced peaches
1 (7 ounce) can sliced tomatoes with juice
1 cup fresh pineapple juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place pineapple preserves and pineapple juice concentrate in a small saucepan and microwave for approximately 3 minutes or until preserves are thoroughly cooked.
In a large glass bowl, combine pineapple preserves, pineapple juice concentrate, pineapple slices, tomato slices, pineapple juice concentrate and peaches.
Line a 9 inch pizza pan with foil and grease.
Remove foil from sides of pan.
Arrange pineapple slices on top of preserves. Pour pineapple juice concentrate over fruit slices.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately half an hour.
