1 (9 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2 cups white sugar
2 cups instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9 inch round cake pans.
In a large saucepan, combine cake mix, pudding mix and peaches. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until set. Cool before frosting.
