1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
3 cloves garlic, crushed
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/3 (16 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup sliced bacon
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix with butter 1 tablespoon flour and Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder, 2 tablespoons mustard powder, and salt. Mix in paprika and onion. Spread mixture evenly on the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with cheese slices, then spoon cream cheese over chicken. Top with mozzarella cheese. Spread bacon evenly over cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
