1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
1 (10 ounce) package brandy-flavored dry onion soup mix
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup with tomato juice
1 (4 ounce) can diced pinto beans
6 (3 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup vegetable oil
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chili beans, brandy, chili powder, green chile peppers, tomato soup, tomato juice, pinto beans, tomato paste and kidney beans. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir chili mixture into a blender blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Stir in tomatoes and mixed pinto beans. Pour mixture into prepared blender or food processor. Blend vigorously until smooth.
