Sloppy Joes II Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup prepared horseradish

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 medium onion, chopped

8 slices Italian bread

1 large slice Italian cheese

2 slices American cheese, divided

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 onion, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Season chicken breasts with horseradish, onion, olive oil, and olive oil. Mix onion and brown bread into chicken. Place horseradish mixture in a medium bowl. Combine the Italian bread, cheese, and cheese rounds.

In a small bowl, mix the horseradish sauce with soy sauce, Worcestershire, and onion. Transfer chicken into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread horseradish mixture on top.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes. Basting the entire time with water.

Awesome!... I was really hoping for more chia seeds, but this was so delicious and nutritious. The only change I made was substituting Ramen noodles for the actual noodles. I really liked this and will make it again.
