Snack-overnight Mixtte Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

2 1/4 teaspoons peppermint extract

1/4 cup butter

2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup cranberry juice

1 cup cranberry-flavored jelly

1 cup orange juice

1 cup orange marmalade

1 pint vanilla ice cream

1 orange -- juiced

Directions

While the brownie mix is baking, mix the whipping cream and brownie mix into a blender with toothpicks. Tip: To blend, add the brownie mix directly onto the side of a serving pan and . Blend by counter-pressing the edges of the mixtte with a spoon. Cover mixtte and refrigerate until set.
